Catechism

Our Mission

The Religious Education program aims to provide our families with a solid foundation in Catholic doctrine, an understanding of liturgical celebrations, and the strengthening of their spirituality. Therefore, religious education is an experience that involves not only the child, but also parents/guardians, families, catechists, clergy, and religious who are part of our faith community.

General Information

  • 3-year program, classes held from September to May.
  • Requirements: 3rd grade and up (must be able to read and write).
  • Parents attend classes at the same time as their children.
  • Community service hours required.
  • Classes are available for children who need special religious education.

Documents required on the day of registration:

  • When Communion or Confirmation is required:
  • Original birth certificate
  • Original baptismal certificate When Baptism, Communion and Confirmation are required:
  • Original birth certificate

    • Contribution of the year:

    $130 for one, $190 for a pair or two siblings, $250 for three, $320 for four siblings, $390 for five or more. Note: the contribution for two or more only applies to immediate siblings (not cousins or other relatives).
